REFUND POLICY

Can I Get a Refund for My Products?

At CSR TIMES, we are offering refund to the customers with certain conditions applied. Within 4 Days of making payment for registration, you can apply for the refund of fees if you are not convinced with the service offered. The refund will be entertained only when the deliverables are not as per terms agreed.

There is no “trial” or “grace period” for any service. All the purchases from our website are final. But still, if you are facing trouble with our services then, you need to do just simply submit a refund request on our email within 4 days of your purchase, with details of your request, and we’ll help you.

Refund requests for any registration fees will not be accepted by any means if the deliverables have already been utilized.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Conditions For a Declined Refund

We will not refund your purchase of the product in the following circumstances:

  • No refunds after 4 days from the date of purchase.
  • If you purchased the service/plan by mistake.
  • After purchasing the service/plan, you changed your mind.
  • If you don’t have the technical skills to use the service/plan.
  • If you breached the Privacy Policy or Terms of Use of our website.
  • If the service/plan is removed from our site and you are unable to see it.
  • If you refuse to accept the help of our support team to assist you while resolving the issue.
  • If you ask for Purchase Keys or API.
  • A refund would be denied in abuse cases.
