Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a commitment that demonstrates one’s responsibility toward society. Over the last nine years, CSR TIMES has ensured that efforts towards CSR are recognised and encouraged.
During the covid-affected past two years, we were with the ‘COVID Warriors’, encouraging them through our virtual Awards.We felicitated deserving organisations/individuals for their extraordinary CSR initiatives.
The much-awaited 9thCSR TIMES Summit and Awards will be held in December 2022. Once again, we shall be felicitating those who have shown exemplary commitment toward their goals of giving back to society, making a difference in people’s lives, and upholding the right cause.
It is always our endeavour that the true CSR efforts do not go unnoticed. We have showcased their work in our magazine CSR Times and ensured that they are reflected on our social media platforms. We believe each one of them has the power to inspire many others to emulate what they do for the society through CSR.

Project Eligibility
The nominated project should have completed minimum one financial year (2021-22)
Document Format
Documents/supporting literature for reference should be sent either in the form of photocopy or digitally by Email to awards21@csrtimes.org or in USBs
Language
Entries should be in English language only. The organizing committee reserves the right to all communications, documents sent for the nominations and awards and the same are non-returnable.
Copyright Infringement
The organizers are not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant.
Confidentiality
The organizing committee ensures that all the documents sent by the entrant that recommends their nomination for the award will be confidentially handled.
Rights of organisers
Submission of any entry acknowledges the right of the organizers to use it for exhibition, promotion and publication purposes in any medium.
Announcement of award
If an entry receives an award, the manner and details of announcing that nomination and award is strictly within the discretion of the organizers.
Withdrawal disallowed
Entries once sent, cannot be withdrawn.
Right to alter
The organizers reserve the right to alter or change the programme, venue, date or its content & title without assigning any reason whatsoever.
Prescribed Form
Nomination will be accepted only on the prescribed form.

Assessment Process and the Methodology
Entries will be judged by a panel of corporates, agency and academic executives as well as by the team of CSR TIMES. The evaluation of the entries will be based on creativity, innovation, sound planning, implementation and outcomes. The most important benchmark is proven success in aligning strategic objectives with end goals.
The applicant organization may have to present project in front of the jury members virtually (during the jury round), if required. A prior notice of the same will be given 3-5 days before the scheduled call.
The CSR TIMES Awards mechanism comprises of the following selection process:
Stage I: Screening Round
It will be completely based upon the application form filed by the entrants. The detailed application form has been divided into various sections and each section has certain weightage.
Stage II: Jury Round
After the screening round the top entry in each of the categories would be selected. The selected organization could be called for a virtual interaction with the Jury, if required. The jury would assess the organizations on pre-decided evaluation criteria.
Eligibility
CSR TIMES Awards is open to all companies, public sector enterprises (their units), Corporate Foundations & Trusts, NGOs/INGOs working for Indian populace and individuals. All work that is mentioned for nomination must have been in operation for at least one financial year.
Disqualification
Incomplete, ambiguous or, wrong entries may be disqualified at any phase of the process without any notification.
Jury’s decision will be final and binding.
DELIVERABLES
- Winning Certificate & Trophy.
- Dedicated web page in CSR TIMES website for the winning projects.
- Selected projects will also be featured in CSR TIMES.
- Selected nomination/ projects will be given opportunity to give a presentation about the project and will also have an opportunity to be a part of the panel during the Summit.
- Social media promotions & media coverage.
