Bhutani Group, led by visionary Mr. Ashish Bhutani, is at the forefront of real estate innovation in Delhi NCR, delivering both commercial and residential projects that redefine modern living. Notable developments include Cyberthum, a 50-storey commercial tower, and Alphathum, India’s most efficient business tower, both offering world-class facilities.

The group’s commitment to quality ensures optimal returns for investors, while projects like Avenue 62 , Bhutani TechnoPark, City Center 150, Avenue 133, Cyber Park, I-Thum, City Center GZB, and Acqua Eden further showcase their dedication to exceeding customer expectations.

Beyond real estate, Bhutani Infra is deeply committed to social welfare through the Bhutani Care Foundation, focusing on empowering the underprivileged, animal welfare, and environmental protection.

Promoting Sustainability: Collaboration with IPCA

In an era where environmental conservation is paramount, Bhutani Infra has taken significant steps towards promoting sustainability. The company has partnered with the Indian Pollution Control Association (IPCA) to launch a plastic waste segregation and recycling initiative. With the support of Bhutani Infra, IPCA has successfully collected and recycled tonnes of plastic waste, contributing to the fight against plastic pollution. The vision ahead is to expand these efforts by involving the community and raising awareness about the importance of recycling and waste management. Under this initiative being run by Bhutani Group, the IPCA has already collected and recycled 48,640 kilograms of Plastic & Paper waste from October 2022 till date. Bhutani Group aims to continue to work towards a sustainable future and contribute to India’s commitment to combat plastic pollution. The company has joined the world against climate change as an organisation.

However the initiative has contributed to a substantial reduction in the carbon footprint, as recycling plastic requires less energy compared to producing new plastic from raw materials. This effort not only conserves natural resources but also reduces greenhouse gas emissions, which are a major contributor to climate change. Additionally , the plastic waste collected by this initiative was converted into school benches and further donated to a government school. The initiative has played a crucial role in reducing the amount of waste that ends up in landfills. By diverting plastic waste from landfills, Bhutani Infra is helping to decrease soil and water pollution, which are often caused by the breakdown of plastic in these environments. This also minimises the risk of harmful chemicals leaching into the ecosystem, further protecting biodiversity and public health.

Empowering Through Education: The Vidya Care Program

Education is the cornerstone of societal progress, and Bhutani Infra has made it a core mission to ensure that every child, regardless of their socio-economic background, has access to quality education. Recognizing the transformative power of education, the Bhutani Care Foundation established the Vidya Care Program with the goal of providing comprehensive primary education to underprivileged children. This program operates in close collaboration with various government schools, where it has been instrumental in sponsoring the education of numerous children who otherwise might not have had the opportunity to attend school.

The Vidya Care Program provides more than financial support; it actively ensures high-quality education in partnered schools through regular assessments and feedback. The program also conducts awareness campaigns in slum areas, highlighting the importance of education to encourage parents to prioritise their children’s learning. A key initiative includes adopting a government school in Sector-154, Noida, where the program is upgrading infrastructure, modernizing classrooms, and enhancing the curriculum to foster holistic student development.

Caring for Stray Animals: The Happy Tails Initiative

Bhutani Infra’s compassion extends beyond humans to our four-legged friends as well. The company’s Happy Tails initiative is dedicated to improving the lives of stray animals. Through this program, Bhutani Infra provides infrastructure for shelter homes, nutritious meals, medical care, and regular vaccinations for stray dogs. The initiative is a testament to the company’s belief in the importance of animal welfare and its commitment to alleviating the suffering of stray animals. The program is dedicated to rescuing injured and abandoned strays, providing them with a second chance at life. Once rescued, these animals are given immediate medical attention, ensuring their wounds and ailments are treated with the utmost care.

Health and Well-Being Initiatives

Bhutani Infra is deeply committed to the health and well-being of its employees, construction workers, and the broader community. Recognizing that an organisation’s strength lies in its people, the company has implemented comprehensive health initiatives, including regular eye check-ups, general health assessments, and sanitary pad distribution drives. These proactive measures ensure that workers are physically fit and have access to essential healthcare resources, reflecting Bhutani Infra’s dedication to their well-being both on and off the job.

Bhutani Infra demonstrates its commitment to its workforce by proactively supporting those who build its projects. For the past 1.5 years, the company has provided free meals to daily wage workers and their families, ensuring their basic needs are met. This initiative underscores Bhutani Infra’s belief that a strong, healthy workforce is essential to business success. In Goa, Bhutani Infra has extended its CSR efforts to support specially-abled children. The company recently provided school bags, sports kits, and essential equipment to a local school dedicated to these children. Additionally, Bhutani Infra has hosted blood donation camps and health check-ups for residents in the surrounding areas, further solidifying its commitment to the health and well-being of the community.
