Global Symposium on Occupational Safety and Health Attracts 200+ Participants UN GCNI Champions Vision for Safer and Healthier Workplaces in India

New Delhi, April 5, 2025 – Over 200 participants from across India and abroad came together for an intensive six-hour virtual Global Symposium on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH): Risks and Strategies, jointly organized by the UN Global Compact Network India (UN GCNI), PHDCCI, Indo-German Focal Point (IGFP), and CTAG/NLUD. The symposium served as a collaborative platform to explore practical strategies, cutting-edge innovations, and regulatory frameworks for building safer, healthier, and more inclusive workplaces across sectors. Technip Energies empowers 100 women engineers in its third edition of STEM Scholarship Program

16th April 2025: Technip Energies, a global technology and engineering powerhouse, has announced the third edition of its India Scholarship Program awardees for the academic year 2024–25. Under the aegis of the company’s CSR initiative of ‘Enabling STEM Learning for Girls’, 100 meritorious students received a scholarship grant of INR 30,000 to continue their academic journey. Every year, meritorious women engineers from an economically disadvantaged section of the society enrolled in 1st year of Engineering are selected based on a rigorous evaluation process, which includes verification of academic performance, enrollment status, and income eligibility. Dabur Revives 16,800 KL Community Pond in Baddi; Moves Closer to Water Positivity

15th April 2025: India’s leading Natural & Ayurvedic Healthcare Company, Dabur India Ltd, today announced the successful revival of an old, neglected community pond in the village of Narangpur of Baddi (Himachal Pradesh). 07th April, 2025 – Sumeet Facilities Ltd, a leader in waste management solutions has successfully concluded a significant deep clean-up drive in collaboration with Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM). The intensive week-long project, which covered both Eastern Express Highway (EEH) and Western Express Highway (WEH), significantly enhanced the cleanliness and safety of Mumbai’s major arterial roads by removing enormous amounts of debris, waste and abandoned cars. The campaign executed from March 17 to 22, saw SFL deployed more than 150 workers alongside with advanced cleaning technology, including 8 electric sweeping machines imported from Europe, 9 litter picking machines, and hook loaders, to ensure an efficient cleaning.
