Dr. Subramanya Kusnur of AquaKraft Group launches a unique global influencer program aimed at making the world water +ve by 2030

April 20, 2023: Dr. Subramanya Kusnur Founder Chairman and CEO, of Aqua Kraft Group Ventures has announced plans to make the world water+by 2030. Since its inception in 2010, AquaKraft Group Ventures has been putting forth actionable solutions aimed at driving improvements in the areas of clean drinking water, sanitation, hygiene and public health across India.

With a business philosophy of serving mankind and the nation at large, Dr Subramanya Kusnur has been at the forefront of innovative plans promoting green & energy efficient solutions apart from his focus on water. With the aim of working towards helping India attain its dream of “Right to Water “for every citizen, Dr. Subramanya Kusnur has toured 7000 villages and a million miles. His company Aquakraft Projects Pvt. Ltd is the drinking water and sanitation partner/member of the United NATIONS Global Compact Network – the Indian arm of UNGC New York, under UN SDG6. Aquakraft has harvested and treated over 3 billion litres of water across 9 states of India.

 A unique socio economic developmental model SWACHHAGRAHA is another flagship innovation of Dr. Kusnur. The word SWACHH denotes sanitation & water for community health and hygiene and the word AGRAHA is coined as an invitation to all stakeholders to step forward to build a healthy, prosperous, clean and green India. Aquakraft has been appointed as the sustainability partner to Global Multinational companies in India and State governments. Institutes like IIT Bombay and Institute of Chemical Technology- ICT (formerly known as UDCT) have forged technology and R&D partnerships with Aquakraft.

Dr. Subramanya Kusnur’s AqVerium – is the first Digital Water Bank & Decentralized Exchange for Voluntary Water Offsets.  AquaKraft has pioneered the mapping of the entire water ecosystem from harvesting to monetization. Aquakredits (Water Credits) that incentivize water savings has been lauded by Corporates, Governments and sustainability practitioners as an innovative tool in the field of water stewardship. Seeking to add more value to mankind, Dr Subramanya Kusnur has developed a human development platform – WHEELS OF LIFE with WHEELS encompassing health education, water sanitation, environment, sustainable initiatives and livelihood creation. LIFE lays India’s foundation for empowerment and aims to augment the HDI or the Human Development Index of India.
