Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages donates electric vehicles to Ujjain Municipal Corporation (UMC) to strengthen door-to-door waste collection infrastructure

29th October 2025: Under its flagship community initiative, Project SHINE, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB), one of India’s leading FMCG companies has donated four electric waste collection vehicles to the Ujjain Municipal Corporation (UMC). In an event held in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh the vehicles were formally handed over to the UMC in the presence of Shri Mukesh Tatwala, Mayor of Ujjain, and Smt. Kalavati Yadav, Chairperson, Ujjain Municipal Corporation (UMC), along with dignitaries from HCCB and community members.
