M3M Group and Indian Air force creates free 150 bed Covid Care Centre in Gurgaon

News Update/Press Release India, 10th May, 2021-M3M Foundation, the philanthropic arm of M3M Group, has teamed up with Indian Air Force  to provide all the support of food and medical facilities, including oxygen, for patients in Gurugram. ADP collaborates with Cyberabad Police to raise security; Installs over 50 CCTV cameras in the city

Ambuja Cement Foundation helps over 75000 people receive COVID-19 vaccination in 1900 villages of 10 states

News Update/ Press Release Mumbai, 30 April 2021: Supporting the Government’s COVID-19 vaccination programme, Ambuja Cement foundation (ACF) has facilitated in vaccinating over 75,000 beneficiaries in Phase-2 of the national immunisation drive, including almost 70,000 at-risk community members, 621 frontline workers and staff of ACF. The Government of India rolled out the phase-wise vaccination programme in January 2021 to reach the entire population. Funds subjected to establishing hospitals and COVID facilities , will be considered as CSR activity – Govt

News Update 23 April, India- The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) announced on April 22 that any fund that is contributed to cater COVID relief undertakings , will be counted as CSR activity. “The companies may undertake the aforesaid activities in consultation with state governments subject to fulfillment of Companies (CSR) Rules, 2014 and the circulars related to CSR issues by this Ministry from time to time,” the MCA clarified. With this, any expenditure for public outreach programmes to promote vaccination against coronavirus, will be considered as CSR activity.
