BMC, HUL, and JSW Foundation Launch First Jointly Set-Up Suvidha Centre

18th October 2024: Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) and JSW Foundation, as part of their strategic partnership to establish 10 new Suvidha centers in Mumbai, today launched the first such facility in Jagruti Nagar, Ghatkopar.   This initiative builds on the successful Suvidha Model initiated by HUL in 2016, which currently operates 17 centers in partnership with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) and HSBC India, impacting over 450,000 people annually. CarDekho’s CSR arm, Girnar Foundation’s “Box of Joy” Drive Brightens Diwali for 500 Underprivileged Individuals Across Jaipur and Gurugram

17th October 2024: To celebrate the festival of lights, Girnar Foundation, the CSR arm of CarDekho Group, conducted a Diwali: Box of Joy distribution drive in Jaipur and Gurugram. The Foundation distributed 500 Diwali hampers, with 250 hampers allocated to each location. The hampers contained sweets, crackers, candles, diyas, LED lights, and clothes designed to light up the festive season for underprivileged people. In Jaipur, the drive reached underprivileged communities, including slums opposite IIS School, Mansarovar, Pratap Nagar, Jagatpura, and Bambala Government School. Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust concludes Nutrition Month with 100 crore mark and serves 20 lakh additional children

16th October 2024: Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust, the force behind the world’s largest morning nutrition program, has declared that at least 20 lakh additional children were served with 30 days under its Nutrition Month initiative. Even as the initiative, a part of Sri Madhusudan Sai’s global humanitarian mission, benefits over 1 crore school-going children across India, its scope has now been expanded to cover younger children who may not be going to school.
