Haryana Government awards work to a Haryana Startup, iDream Education for implementation of PAL on Tablets under e-Adhigam

While many states in India are experimenting with digital innovations to bridge previous years learning gaps in their Government school students, under a visionary initiative the The School Education Department, Government of Haryana has launched project e-Adhigam giving Samsung tablets to every Government School student of classes 10th, 11th and 12th in Haryana in 2022, with integrated PAL solution for remedial and supplementary learning support. For the Personalized Adaptive Learning platform on these tablets, through a tendering and evaluation process in two phases, the Department has awarded work to three PAL solution providers, and iDream Education, a Haryana Startup is one of them, getting the opportunity to implement its solution iPrep PAL across its home state for the five subjects

Tata Power and the ICICI Foundation unite to launch the ‘GhanVan’ tree plantation program, aiming to plant 250,000 indigenous trees in the Western Ghats

 05 January 2024— With the belief that Sustainable Is Attainable, Tata Power, One of India’s largest integrated power companies, joined hands with ICICI Foundation, the CSR arm of ICICI Bank and its Group Companies, to launch ‘Project GhanVan’ – a visionary tree plantation programme aimed at fostering environmental conservation. The formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed as a part of the collaboration by senior officials of both the organisations.   Cadila Pharmaceuticals lights up Bhetawada village streets after four decades as part of its CSR initiative        

                                                                                                                  22 December, 2023: In a CSR initiative undertaken by Cadila Pharmaceuticals, a large drug manufacturing company in the country, Bhetawada village in Dholka taluka has been illuminated with street lights after four decades of darkness. Bhetawada or the village of flowers is known for floriculture farming. The 4,500+ village residents faced many challenges for decades du to the absence of streetlights. This led to accidents, increased the crime rate with the residents being vulnerable to criminals, the movement after sunset was also restricted. Allcargo Group offers tailoring and personality development programs to the disadvantaged women in rural Maharashtra

21st December, 2023: Avashya Foundation, the CSR arm of Allcargo Group, an Indian born global logistics conglomerate successfully completed its Women Empowerment and Livelihood project for the marginalized women in Maharashtra. Under this project, the women from the underprivileged communities in Maharashtra, were offered three months basic and advanced tailoring and personality development training. The marginalized and underprivileged women at Dhamani and its surrounding villages – Panvel, taluka in Raigad district and Ishwar Nagar in Digha and Navi Mumbai benefitted from this in terms of upliftment and empowerment. Brigade Hospitality & Dr. Sandhya Foundation jointly Support Underprivileged Girls

19 December, 2023: In a joint initiative between Brigade Hospitality Services Limited (BHSL), Dr. Sandhya Foundation and CANS Multi-Specialty Hospital a comprehensive health checkup for underprivileged girls was conducted. Auxilium Navajeevana, a non-governmental, non-profitable voluntary organization that is dedicated to the welfare of children who are in need of care and protection was the venue of the event. Preventive healthcare measures were emphasized by conducting specialized ultrasound scanning services and an eye camp. Thorough examinations for children who required early intervention were carried out by CANS Multi-Specialty Hospital.
