It is an interactive platform for the public and government, as well as for your commitment to society. The state government’s corporate social responsibility initiatives drive partnerships that scale results and cater to the unique needs and concerns of the state. It measures success by examining how CSR positively impacts people, society, and the environment of Uttarakhand. It strives to promote volunteerism and get people involved.
Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand Ltd
The Company shall undertake the Corporate Social Responsibility activities as a project or program or activities (either new or ongoing), excluding the activities undertaken by the Company in pursuance of the normal course of business. The items undertaken under CSR activities shall be as enumerated in Schedule VII of The Companies Act, 2013, up to date and as amended from time to time.

It has a mission to align CSR policy with the business policy to conduct business sustainably, adhere to the principles of Avoidance, Minimization and Mitigation in dealing with environmental and social issues and undertake high-impact community development projects of national and local importance in consultation with stakeholders.
International Institute for Energy Conservation (IIEC)
IIEC-India successfully implemented an on-ground program for improved health services for socio-economic development in selected villages in the State of Uttarakhand in India, supported by Syneos Health. The program focused on providing solar electricity to primary health centres so that they could function more effectively and provide better care facilities for the local communities.
The availability of 24×7 electricity in Primary Health Centres also ensured the availability of resources to store necessary and life-saving medicines, a service not available earlier. IIEC is working to expand this initiative’s scope to more villages and include the education sector.
