The initiative ‘Wrong Side of the Road’ gets support from Diageo India and Telangana Police to control drunk driving through advanced Alcohol Breath Analyzers

29th February 2024: Among the country’s leading alco-Bev companies Diageo India (United Spirits Ltd.), extended its support to Telangana Police in curbing drunk driving by providing 50 advanced Alcohol Breath Analyzers. The event was held in Hyderabad in the presence of Director General police Ravi Gupta, Additional DGP Railways and road safety Mahesh M Bhagwat along with senior dignitaries and members from the Diageo India team. Spark Minda Foundation’s Saksham Program impacts 20,000+ People with Disabilities 

28th February 2024 – The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of the leading automotive components manufacturer, Spark Minda Foundation (SMF), organized a 7-day Mega Camp for People with Disabilities (PwDs) in Pune, Maharashtra from February 21st to 27th, 2024. The camp successfully provided multifaceted support to over 1000 PwDs, offering accessible and assistive aids such as Artificial Limbs, Walkers, Crutches, Hand Sticks, and assistance in UDID Registration, Skilling, Employment, and entrepreneurship. In order to uplift the lives of 279 underprivileged children, KRSF partners with Sarjan Foundation’s Vocational Training Center

27th February 2024: Dr KR Shroff Foundation (KRSF) has forged a partnership with Sarjan Foundation, to uplift the lives of several underprivileged students, and extended its efforts and resources towards uplifting rural and underprivileged communities through education, Sarjan Foundation runs a Vocational Training Centre, named MARG, in Rampur-Vadla village in Amirgadh taluka of Banaskantha district, to support skill development and employment of underprivileged youth. At present, over 350 students are enrolled at the Vocational Training Centre, all of whom are secondary school dropouts and aged between 16-22 years.
