1986: Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutions is born. 2018: Brand “Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutions”  is declared one of ‘Asia’s Greatest Brands & Leaders – 2017  (Education Category) –  Process Reviewers Price water house Coopers PL’ in a special research based listing. Thirty-two years on, what makes this phenomenon of gargantuan proportions tick? What makes this juggernaut, the No. 1 choice of students and parents in India, keep rolling year after year – gathering momentum and unstoppable? The answer is there for all to see – Academic achievements: This is because Sri Chaitanya achieves 3 to 5 ranks below 10 in IIT every year and also about 130 ranks below 1000. Above all 10% of the IIT Advanced ranks are also from Sri Chaitanya.

Sri Chaitanya is a career maker: Two features stand out to make Sri Chaitanya ahead of others within the fraternity -nobility and humanity. Sri Chaitanya has the credit of giving the world nearly 80,000 Doctors and 10,00,000 Engineers. Currently the total number of students studying in Sri Chaitanya Schools and Colleges is a whopping 5,50,000. The institution enjoys the services of 59000 employees in various capacities.

The Founder-Directors were Dr. Boppana Satyanarayana Rao and his dear wife Dr. Jhansi Laxmi Bai initiated a Girls’ Jr. College with a modest strength of 86 pupils. There has been no turning back. The Academic wings of the Colleges and Schools are headed by the young and dynamic Directors – Sushma Boppana and Seema Boppana, respectively. They have carried forward the vision of founder directors with the same spirit and determination.

The trust the institution enjoys is such that the number of alumni has touched the unbelievable 7-figure mark over three decades. Most of the alumni are placed in high positions across the globe drawing salaries in crores (INR). You have Sri Chaitanyans in almost every state of the country, and almost every country of the world.

The hall-mark of the institution has been the Integrated System of education. Students are prepared for the Board examinations and the Entrance exams at one go. Students are prepared for IIT, Medical, NEET, Civils and CA-CPT Entrance Examinations held across the country. Micro schedules and tests are conducted in every chapter for the student to cover every nook and corner of the topic. The entrance test-crackers are customized to break through different competitive assessment tests. The high quality performance of students secures them All India Ranks in the top 10 and below 100, not to forget the All India No. 1 Rank in the (IIT) JEE Main and Advanced.

Over the years Sri Chaitanya branched out across the length and breadth of not only the home states but across India (cf. map). There are 293 branches of Junior Colleges and 380 branches of Schools. It is now a trusted house hold name across the country.

Awards: The Academic Director of Colleges, Sushma Boppana, has made a tremendous impact in the Higher Education area in a short span with her innovative and contemporary approach. It is no wonder that she has been honored with a number of awards. To mention a few:

  1. Business Leader Award (in the field of Education) – 2012. The award was presented by the renowned television channel, TV5, and the then Chief Minister of United Andhra Pradesh, Sri Kiran Kumar Reddy.
  2. FICCI – FLO YOUNG HYDERABAD award was presented to Sushma Boppana by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the year 2014.
  3. Asia’s Greatest Brands – 2017 (in the Education Category) award was presented to Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutions and received by Sushma Boppana as recently as January, 2018.
