PRESS RELEASE

Shree Malani Group pledge to help empower different communities

Shree Malani Group, one of the leading players in the comfort and bedding industry has undertaken several development programs aimed at supporting the communities it is operating in. Through its group companies – Centuary Mattresses and Shree Malani Foams, the Group has been working towards benefitting society and ensuring better facilities for them.

In a recent collaboration with Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, Centuary Mattresses has provided branded laptops to 15 under-privileged students pursuing their post-graduation and under-graduation. This initiative was aimed to improve the learning skills of the students and to accelerate their preparation for competitive exams and digital access and learning.

Earlier, Centuary Mattresses also asserted its support to the frontline health workers taking care of the COVID-19 patients and delivered over 221 high-end Pocketed Spring mattresses to help them de-stress with naps amidst their hectic schedules at the government hospitals in Telangana.

Shree Malani Foams, has laid a keen focus on the Education of the underprivileged and the development of the communities. Earlier this year, it constructed a sports ground of around 3,500 square yards for the students of Telangana Model School, Shankarampet (R) Village. This new sports ground complemented the overall development of a child’s personality and allowed students to shape their future according to their interests.

Commenting on the group’s CSR initiatives, Mr. Purushottam Malani, Chairman, Shree Malani Group said, “At Shree Malani Group, we have set a strong corporate philosophy to uphold. We are privileged to help empower different communities. We are deploying projects to support core areas of Education and Community Development. We endeavour to help the communities we work in. We acknowledge the need to empower women and children for the country’s holistic growth.”
