World Heritage Day 2024

Heritage encompasses the tangible and intangible remnants of our shared past. From ancient monuments to cultural traditions, it reflects the diversity, resilience, and creativity of civilizations across the world. It serves as a bridge between generations, connecting us to our ancestors.

This year’s World Heritage Day highlights the need to drive awareness around the efforts undertaken to protect and conserve heritage sites around the world. At Embassy Group, we have partnered with The Arts & Cultural Heritage Trust (TAACHT) and The Sindhi Culture Foundation to curate The Lost Homeland of Sindh Gallery as a part of Delhi’s Partition Museum in the Dara Shikoh Library. The gallery will offer a hopeful and personal look at a displaced community that lost their home and homeland during the Partition.

Serving as more than just a repository of art and artefacts, it will act as a platform for dialogue, understanding, and commemoration that celebrates the diversity of India’s cultural heritage.
