  • All creative materials must be shared by the client in the prescribed specifications, including required dimensions and file formats.
  • All published creative materials will carry the CSR Times logo alongside the organization’s logo, ensuring brand authenticity and platform credibility.
  • Availability of advertisement space must be confirmed prior to submitting any creative assets.
  • Deliverables under each feature for each selected service will commence only after receipt of 100% payment. 
  • Invoice will be issued upon successful receipt of payment.
  • Payment needs to be made at the time of booking.
  • Once emailer content has been approved, no further modifications will be permitted.
  • Emailer submissions must adhere to the word limit of max. of 1,000 words and up to 4 images.
  • Please note that the advertisement fee is non-refundable and non-transferable after the payment has been accepted by the Management.
