New Delhi, March 30, 2026: PNB MetLife India Insurance Company Limited (PNB MetLife), one of India’s leading life insurers, in partnership with Responsenet, to implement the Kshamata skill development and livelihood program for young women. The initiative is part of PNB MetLife’s commitment towards community development and women’s empowerment. Launched in August 2025, the Kshamata initiative aims to train 500 young women in customer care, data entry, and digital marketing. The program equips participants with industry-relevant and digital skills to improve their job readiness, income potential, and access to sustainable livelihoods. The training is being delivered through two dedicated centers of Responsenet in Bahadurgarh (Jhajjar district) and Rohtak, Haryana. The curriculum combines technical training, practical exposure, and workplace readiness, enabling
