Digital workforce training India

3rd July 2025: AdGlobal360 (AGL), India’s premier MarTech company and a member of Hakuhodo International, today announced the opening of applications for Batch 3 of its flagship CSR initiative, Digital Inclusive Growth for India (DIGI) Vriddhi, designed to skill and empower youth from economically weaker sections (EWS) communities with future-ready digital skills that can shape their careers and uplift their families.

Launched in November 2023, the program offers real-world training in digital marketing with specializations in Data Science, SEO, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing and Management Strategy, Data Analytics, Social Media Marketing, Graphic Design, UI/UX, and more. Built on the belief that every dream deserves a chance, DIGI Vriddhi aims to bridge grassroots access to digital education and workforce readiness by offering access to career opportunities within AGL.

The programme recently celebrated a major milestone with the Certification Ceremony of Batch 2 on June 27, 2025, marking a moment of pride for the organisation and its second cohort of learners. Out of 24 students enrolled, 20 have already been successfully placed in digital marketing roles within AGL, reinforcing the program’s ability to deliver tangible career outcomes. The ceremony hosted mentors, leaders, and internship coaches to acknowledge the journey and transformation of these young professionals. Their achievements now serve as a compelling benchmark for what the program envisions for every participant.

With over 30 students from the first two batches currently employed with AGL and a reported placement rate of over 87%, the program is enabling a steady pipeline of trained, hands-on professionals. According to industry estimates, India will require over 1.5 million skilled digital marketing professionals in the next 3–5 years. AGL’s DIGI Vriddhi addresses this demand by tapping into a demographic that has historically lacked access to quality skilling pathways, mentorship, and placement support.

The transformation seen in these learners is deeply personal for the team behind DIGI Vriddhi. Reflecting on the journey, Sayantani Dutta, Senior Vice President and Human Capital Head at AdGlobal360, who spearheaded the creation and execution of the program, shared:

“When we started DIGI Vriddhi with mentors from within the organization, our vision was to unlock potential that lives quietly in the margins—among children of guards, car cleaners, beauticians, presswalas, and roadside vendors. Today, that vision feels alive with contributions from over 40 AGL experts acting as Mentors and Internship Coaches. We’ve seen bright, determined young people—some of whom had never used a laptop before—now confidently running marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and contributing to real-world business outcomes. With an 87% placement rate, we’re not just changing careers—we’re changing the conversation in their homes, their communities. For many families, this is the first time someone has stepped into a white-collar profession. And that shift—from day to day survival to aspiration—is where the real impact lies.”

Spanning nine months, the journey includes six months of immersive theory sessions and workshops in the classroom, followed by a three-month full-time hands-on internship. The course is offered along with uniform, digital assets like laptops and a travel stipend to selected participants, who are primarily graduates and undergraduates from nearby EWS communities, shortlisted through a structured outreach, screening, and aptitude assessment process.

“DigiVriddhi is about inclusive Growth & Giving Back to Society,” said Rakesh Yadav, Founder & CEO of AdGlobal360. “This initiative was designed to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity in India’s rapidly growing digital economy. The success of DIGI Vriddhi alumni demonstrates that talent is everywhere; it just needs the right platform to thrive. Giving back to society is a cornerstone of who we are, and through DIGI Vriddhi, we aim to create opportunities, inspire transformation, and turn dreams into reality for those who need it most.”

Adding to this success story is Amit, a Batch 1 graduate, who joined AGL as an Account Management Executive and went on to win the Star Employee Award.

“I come from a humble home. My father is a salesperson, and my mother is a homemaker. Before DIGI Vriddhi, I didn’t even know what digital marketing was. Today, I’m not only earning for my family but also being recognised for my work. Winning the Star Employee Award felt like a dream. This program didn’t just teach me skills—it gave me confidence, identity, and hope.” — Amit. Adding to this success story is Poonam, a Batch 1 graduate, who joined AGL as an Executive in Performance Marketing.

“After completing my Master’s degree, I spent months uncertain about my career path. Coming from a humble background, the pressure was immense, but Gopi Sir’s guidance led me to the Digi Vriddhi program. This opportunity became a turning point, equipping me with skills and opening doors to a fulfilling career. Today, I’m proud to work as an Executive in Performance Marketing, surrounded by a supportive team. I’m truly grateful for this journey!” — Poonam.

Building on the success of Batch 1 & 2, which demonstrated strong placement outcomes and learner transformation, AGL welcomes its next cohort of aspiring digital marketers to its campus in Gurugram. As DIGI Vriddhi grows, AGL is actively exploring partnerships with non-profits, local youth organizations, and government-backed training bodies to expand its reach to more cities and create stronger pathways into meaningful employment. On the other side, AGL is looking for Businesses and Brands willing to associate with this cause to expand employment opportunities. The program also reinforces AGL’s larger vision of creating equitable access to the advertising ecosystem and building a pipeline of talent that reflects the diversity and ambition of emerging India.
