Experion Technologies Launches ‘Roof of Dreams’ Housing Project

5th August 2024: Experion Technologies, a global leader in product engineering and digital transformation services with over 17 years of industry experience today initiated the ‘Roof of Dreams’ housing project, implemented by Experion Foundation, its CSR arm. The agreement for constructing the first house was signed at a ceremony held in the Experion office, at Technopark, Trivandrum.

Mrs. Sreeja CS, Nedumangad Municipal Chairperson, and Mr. Pulipara Krishnan, Kollamkavu Ward Councilor, sent their felicitations. A distinguished gathering of dignitaries, including Mr. Binu Jacob, CEO and Managing Director of Experion Technologies; Mr. Suresh VP, COO and Co-founder; Mr. Sreekumar Pillai, CTO and Co-founder; Mr. Jaimy Thomas, Co-founder and Director of Service Delivery and Mr. Manoj Balraj, Co-founder and President and office bearers of SCOPE, the Co-operative Society responsible for the project’s construction, was present.

The inaugural beneficiary of this initiative is a young widow with two school-going children. The house consists of essential amenities, including two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room. Designed with future expansion in mind, these ‘growing houses’ allow additional rooms or floors to be built later.

In addition to providing homes, Experion Foundation plans to plant coconut and fruit trees on the surplus land and oversee the education and skill development of the children of the beneficiary families. Support groups comprised of local employees will lead these efforts.

What sets the ‘Roof of Dreams’ project apart is its beneficiary selection process. Experion Technologies employees identified the most deserving families, with five beneficiaries selected from nominations submitted by staff. This employee-driven selection model exemplifies modern CSR initiatives.
