May 8, 2024: This is the fourth consecutive year that the Magic Bus India Foundation has been certified as a Great Place to Work in India. The certification is a powerful testament to its dedication to creating a remarkable work environment. This certification serves as further evidence of the foundation’s commitment to fostering an atmosphere in which staff members feel appreciated, respected, and proud to work for the company.

Great Place To Work is the global authority on workplace culture. Since 1992, they have surveyed more than 100 million employees worldwide and used those deep insights to define what makes a great workplace: trust. Their employee survey platform empowers leaders with the feedback, real-time reporting, and insights they need to make strategic people decisions. Speaking about the achievement, Mr. Jayant Rastogi, Global CEO, Magic Bus India Foundation, said, “We are honored to receive Great Place to Work® Certification for the fourth consecutive year.

This achievement is a testament to Magic Bus’s commitment to cultivating an extraordinary workplace environment for our people. We are deeply committed to building a culture of purpose and trust where all our people feel valued, empowered, and inspired to make a difference. It is a tribute to the collective efforts of our team members, who consistently strive for an inclusive and supportive working environment where everyone thrives.”

This incredible accomplishment takes on even greater significance in light of the foundation’s inspirational work. Through our programs, we continue to make a significant impact and foster innovation in the development sector in India, assisting in the transformation of millions of lives. By using automated and institutionalized methods, it has demonstrated its dedication to innovation and improved its capacity to scale and effectively serve larger number of beneficiaries.

The Magic Bus has engaged with many communities and reached 24 states in India in the last 25 years. Since its founding in 1999, the organization has helped over 30 lakh teenagers by giving them the tools they need to succeed in their studies, personal lives, and careers. Along with giving them employability and life skills that are transferable, the organization has helped over 3.7 lakh young people find jobs and connect them to opportunities for sustainable livelihood.

“At Magic Bus India Foundation, our people are at the heart of everything we do. This Certification reaffirms our steadfast commitment to fostering a workplace culture that celebrates diversity, nurtures collaboration, and prioritizes the well-being of our employees as they go out there and make a difference. This recognition is a testament to our commitment to fostering a culture where every team member is valued, supported, and empowered. We are incredibly proud of this Certification, and the credit goes entirely to our employees. Their dedication, passion, and commitment have been instrumental in building the incredible work culture we have here at Magic Bus,” said Ms. Monika Bawa, CHRO, Magic Bus India Foundation.
