Goodera collaborates with Ernst &Young to execute hosted volunteering experiences in Bangalore and Gurgaon

Goodera is a technology based services provider that works with leading organisations to enhance corporate social responsibility programmes.  Organisations such as Zoom, IBM, Airbnb, and Amazon amongst others have participated in its’ hosted volunteering experiences that are engaging, accessible and impactful. Goodera, recently collaborated with Ernst & Young for CSR activities in Bangalore and Gurgaon.

Through the one-day agriculture programme organised in Gurgaon, by Goodera, approximately 490 EY – GDS employees and leaders gathered with the aim of getting in touch with their ‘rural roots.” This activity organised as part of the EY GDS volunteering festival, introduced the employees to the life of a farmer and helped develop deep connections with their food and land to facilitate a more conscious lifestyle.

In Bangalore the EY employees volunteered with Goodera to construct and distribute solar lamps to women supported by the Green India Initiative. This was based on the initiative of using solar energy to empower women in a bid to promote sustainability and improve livelihoods. This activity was a part of Connectival II and saw a participation of 200 employees and top leaders from EY.

These initiatives harness the power of collective action, empower communities and promote sustainability, with a strong focus on creating a better world.
