25th March 2025: PrepGenius, in collaboration with Samarpan Trust and India STEM Foundation, has launched “Gyanoday,” a life-changing initiative aimed at providing free CUET test preparation and mentorship to underprivileged students. The program is designed to equip students with academic resources and career guidance, helping them pursue higher education and unlock brighter futures.
The initiative will bring together industry professionals and educators to share their experiences, insights, and advice with students eager to explore career possibilities. Through interactive sessions, underprivileged students at Samarpan Trust will gain valuable knowledge about different industries, career pathways, and the skills needed to succeed.
As part of this initiative, PrepGenius has also launched “Gyan Se Udaan,” a program focused on supporting underprivileged girls by providing access to quality education and academic mentorship. “Gyanoday” is a key pillar of this larger effort, ensuring that deserving students receive free CUET entrance exam preparation, academic support, and career counseling.
Speaking about the initiative, Courtney Lalotra, Founder & Director, Samarpan Trust, said, “Samarpan is proud to partner with PrepGenius and the India STEM Foundation to provide high-quality test preparation to economically disadvantaged girls, empowering them to pursue higher education and break the cycle of poverty. This initiative will equip students with the skills and confidence needed to excel in competitive exams, opening doors to greater opportunities. By investing in girls’ education, we are not just transforming individual lives—we are building a stronger, more prosperous nation.”
Dr. Shabnam Sharma, Managing Director, PrepGenius, emphasized the impact of the initiative, stating, “Samarpan Trust is dedicated to uplifting underprivileged children and economically disadvantaged families by providing them with the support and opportunities needed to reach their full potential. Aligned with this mission, PrepGenius has launched “Gyan Se Udaan, an initiative focused on empowering underprivileged girls through quality education. As part of this effort, we are piloting events designed to provide free test preparation, mentorship, and academic resources, ensuring that every girl, regardless of her background, has the opportunity to excel. Through this collaboration, we aim to bridge educational gaps, foster equity and inclusion, and create a future where every child has access to knowledge and opportunities for success.”
Running from February to May 2025, the program is being implemented by the India STEM Foundation under their Gyanoday initiative and will primarily focus on Grade XII girls students in Gurugram, Haryana. The initiative is further supported by One Life to Love, reinforcing the collective effort to enhance access to quality education and career opportunities for underprivileged communities.
Through “Gyanoday,” PrepGenius and Samarpan Trust seek to bridge educational gaps, promote inclusivity, and create a future where knowledge is a tool for empowerment. The initiative underscores the importance of collaboration among educators, industry professionals, and non-profit organizations to ensure that every child, regardless of background, has the opportunity to succeed.
