Who We Are

CSR TIMES LOGOwas launched on 11th April 2013 at the prestigious India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. About 300 national and international dignitaries were present at this grand inauguration ceremony.

Since its launch, CSR TIMES has been organising national-level Seminars on Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability, which are much appreciated by the CSR fraternity across India.  An overwhelming response to these events keeps encouraging us to spread CSR awareness through such Seminars. One of the most grand events – The CSR Symposium cum First Madan Mohan Malviya Awards for Best CSR Practices in Education – 2014 was held on 6th June 2014 in New Delhi.

So far, CSR TIMES has proudly organised over 50 events in association with its Sister Concern – The Indian Achievers’ Forum.

CSR TIMES LOGO

not only  highlights the good work that PSUs, Corporates and NGOs are doing for the cause of society but also provides a much needed platform to them to come together and bridge the gap between what needs to be done and how it can be done for the betterment of the society.

Every year we felicitate PSUs, Corporates, NGOs and Entrepreneurs for their outstanding work on CSR with ‘CSR TIMES Awards’.

We also hold regular industry-based open house discussion forum on CSR. Training workshops/Crash Courses on CSR, Project Development, CSR Consultation are some of the other popular segments.

What We Do

A company will come under the ambit of the new CSR policy if its net worth is Rs 500 crore or more; turnover is Rs 1,000 crore or more, or net profit is Rs 5 crore or more during any financial year. Under any of these conditions, a company should spend at least 2% of the average net profit made during three immediate preceding financial years, in pursuance of the provisions of the Companies Act laid down towards Corporate Social Responsibility.
