Platform 65 hosts Diwali dinner for the children of Om Sai Sevasrama Orphanage

10 November, 2023: Platform 65, India’s largest train-themed restaurant, located at KPHB Hyderabad- hosted a pre-Diwali dinner event on the 9th of November 2023 for the children of Om Sai Sevasrama Orphanage.  Vivekananda Seva Sangham collaborated with Platform 65 to execute this initiative. The objective of this event was to share happiness, joy and warmth with the less privileged who are as fortunate as the other children who celebrate Diwali. This initiative along with bringing hope and joy also crafted beautiful memories for a lifetime in the young minds.

This CSR initiative of Platform 65, is part of the company’s commitment to give back to the community. Managing Director and Founder of Platform 65Sadgun Patha, stated that the organization firmly believed in the transformative power of the community and the profound importance of giving back. The occasion of Diwali he added was a time for spreading love and happiness and they were honored to have been able to do so for the children of Om Sai Sevasrama Orphanage.”

Corporate General Manager Srikanth Bandaru mentioned how during Diwali their intention was not only to illuminate their restaurant but also brighten the hearts of the children form the orphanage- Om Sai Sevasrama. The Diwali dinner celebrations would represent the spirit of goodwill and sharing and would also become an indelible memory for them.

Platform 65 has several opportunities ongoing and planned for the future that will contribute to the betterment of society. The Diwali dinner celebration was just one of their CSR events.
