The event, held in celebration of International Women’s Day 2025, aimed to recognize and honor the invaluable contributions of women in the workplace while fostering a culture of equality, leadership, and professional growth.
Shri R. K. Vishnoi, Chairman and Managing Director, THDC India Limited, emphasized the organization’s dedication to ensuring equal opportunities and representation for women. Sh. Today’s celebration commenced with the auspicious lighting of the ceremonial lamp at Aradhna Sthal, THDCIL Colony, Rishikesh, by Smt. Chanchal Vishnoi, Chief Patron, THDC Ladies Welfare Association. She congratulated all women employees and acknowledged their invaluable contributions to the organization. She remarked that women have always played a crucial role in shaping societies and institutions.
