6th January 2025: Celebrating the phenomenal achievements of Uttar Pradesh athletes at the Paris Paralympics 2024, BL Agro Industries Ltd. has announced a comprehensive five-year support program for National Sports Awards 2024 winners. This initiative, a part of BL Agro’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, aims to empower para-athletes to achieve greater heights.
As India celebrates its finest sporting talent, BL Agro, a leading name in the Indian FMCG sector, has announced its five-year commitment to supporting the winners of the National Sports Awards 2024 under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
The awards, are to be presented by the President of India on January 17, 2025, at Rashtrapati Bhavan, to celebrate outstanding contributions to Indian sports. Honorees include:
- Praveen Kumar (Para-Athletics – Men’s High Jump): Recipient of the Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna Award 2024.
- Preeti Pal (Para-Athletics – Women’s 100m & 200m)
- Ajeet Singh (Para-Athletics – Men’s Javelin Throw)
- Simran (Para-Athletics – Women’s 100m & 200m): Each awarded the Arjuna Award 2024.]
