Canara Bank Contributes ₹25 Lakh to Kerala Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund

Canara Bank has contributed ₹25 lakh to the Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund (CMDRF), Kerala on 10-08-2026, as a gesture of solidarity and support towards the people affected by the recent floods in the State.

A cheque for ₹25 lakh was formally handed over to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Kerala by Shri Barun Singh Thakur, General Manager & Circle Head, Thiruvananthapuram Circle and Shri Santosh V S, General Manager & SLBC Convenor.

Through this contribution, Canara Bank reaffirmed its commitment to standing with the people of Kerala during times of adversity and extending meaningful support towards the State’s relief and rehabilitation initiatives.
