Rockwell Automation opens Tinkering Lab for female students in Pune

22 August 2024: Rockwell Automation, Inc. (NYSE: ROK), the world’s largest industrial automation and digital transformation company, has inaugurated a state-of-the-art STEM Tinkering Lab, known as Robo Shiksha Kendra, at Hujurpaga Girls School in Pune. Reckitt and Jagran Pehel launched the Dettol School Hygiene Education Program in Delhi with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD)

5 August 2024: Reckitt, a consumer health and hygiene company, has launched the Dettol School Hygiene Education Programme in Delhi under its flagship campaign, Dettol Banega Swasth India. In collaboration with Jagran Pehel, the social initiative arm of Dainik Jagran, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) to implement the campaign across MCD schools in 12 zones of Delhi. 29 July 2024: Panasonic Life Solutions India, a diversified technology company, announced the ninth edition of its flagship scholarship program, Ratti Chhatr, which aims to recognize and empower young future leaders by providing financial assistance to select undergraduate students admitted to B.E./B.Tech. courses at any Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), helping cover around 50–70% of their tuition fees. Educate Girls organizes Shiksha Rath campaign to spread awareness about education at the grassroots level

25 July 2024: Educate Girls, a leading non-profit organization committed to raising awareness about the importance of educating girl children, organized a Shiksha Rath campaign in Uttar Pradesh’s Sahason village in Bahadurpur block in Prayagraj. The Shiksha Rath, a van equipped with posters and banners, aims to spread awareness about the benefits of educating girls in rural areas. The Shiksha Rath, which is part of the enrolment campaign by Educate Girls, was held to encourage more parents to enroll their girl children in schools. This Shiksha Rath was organized in partnership with the village head, village educational institutions, and volunteers. With carefully curated street plays, awareness rallies, speeches, and interactive demonstrations, it awakened the spirit of education among village residents.
