Ambuja Foundation & NABARD Empower 9,700+ Farmers in Himachal Pradesh through Sustainable Farming

29th August 2025: Ambuja Foundation, an independent, pan-India social development organization dedicated to generating prosperity in rural communities in collaboration with NABARD has led significant economic revitalization efforts in Himachal Pradesh, promoting sustainable farming practices, improving water security and agricultural productivity. Since 2012, these initiatives have benefited 9700 farmers in 167 villages of Darlaghat and Nalagarh, fostering sustainable growth and prosperity for marginal farmers and rural households. In Solan, Himachal Pradesh, Ambuja Foundation, with NABARD’s support, also engaged Deloitte to assess the progress achieved under the Watershed and Climate Proofing Projects. Indian Army and Bisleri International Join Hands for Developing Eco Zone in Sikkim

Ltd. has signed a Letter of Association (LoA) and a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Army, Sikkim, to develop eco zone for plastic waste management through its flagship program Bottles for Change (BFC), at the Gangtok Military Station. Compassion on a Plate: Feeding Stray Dogs with Surplus Food from Café Delhi Heights

26th August 2025: Each night in Delhi, as restaurant kitchens wind down and plates are cleared, countless stray dogs lie in wait hungry, invisible, and unheard. Meanwhile, kilos of untouched food are quietly discarded. In a city overflowing with both abundance and neglect, three organisations decided to rewrite this story. In November 2024, Café Delhi Heights, Neighbourhood Woof, and HEART launched Project Feeding Forward, a transformative initiative that redirects surplus restaurant food to feed rescued and stray dogs.
