ONGC executes a groundbreaking water management project in North Gujarat                                       

                                           26th October,2023: North Gujarat faces a pressing issue if water scarcity, and Energy Maharatna ONGC, has stepped in to successfully execute an innovative project. This novel project makes potable water from waste water that is released by its Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP.) The water starved region of North Gujarat, through this successful pilot will be ensured of the availability of clean water for both, industrial as well as agricultural purposes. HCCB to empower 5,500 individuals through upskilling programmes and lead community projects in 14 Villages of Maharashtra

  21 October , 2023:Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) an  FMCG company has partnered with Y4D foundation to facilitate a multi-faceted program in Maharshtra which will empower 5,500 individuals through upskilling. Various community development initiatives in 14 villages in Lote, Wada and Pirnagut were also announced by the company. TATA Trust and TNCC collaborate to ensure effective sustainability implementation

 18th October, 2023: A day long workshop –  ‘The Indian Collaborative for Applied Sustainable Solutions’ (ICASS ) was recently organised by The Nature Conservancy Centre (TNCC) and was backed by TATA Trusts. A diverse group of sustainability practitioners came together to address critical gaps in the science -policy practice interface to ensure an effective sustainability implementation. A Unique Tree Plantation Drive undertaken by Waaree Energies Ltd to increase the green cover in Gujarat

13 October, 2023: Waaree Energies Ltd., the flagship company of the WAAREE Group, in the solar energy sector, has conducted a unique Tree Plantation Drive. MTR Foods in partnership with Myrada creates water conservation capacity of 40 million litres in Karnataka

7 October, 2023:  With the objective of uplifting the ground-water table, MTR Foods in the packaged foods segment has partnered with Myrada, a non-governmental organization. This collaboration has created a 40 million liters water conservation capacity in Bommasandra and its surrounding areas Karnataka. This CSR Project will benefit about 5000 people and households in the region. Myrada operates in the underdeveloped and drought prone regions. This initiative will improve the supply of water in the local community, along with water storage capacity, by recharging groundwater and building and renovating village ponds to harvest rainwater.  An investment of Rs10.6 million is being made by MTR towards this project that will have a significant benefit on the region.
