Signature Global Foundation Expands Social Impact Footprint with Elderly Care Initiatives

Global FoundationGurugram, 1st June 2026:  Signature Global, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has taken a significant step in expanding its social impact footprint across India. Through its CSR arm, Signature Global Foundation, the company has initiated a support programme for elderly care initiatives in the holy city of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

The Foundation has formalised association with two dedicated elderly care facilities, committing to long-term support focused on dignified living, safety, and holistic wellbeing for senior citizens. Marking the Foundation’s foray into elderly care, this initiative reflects its broader vision of building compassionate, inclusive, and community-driven support systems for some of society’s most deserving individuals.

Speaking on the initiative, Mr. Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global, said, “At Signature Global, we have always believed that true progress is measured not just by the infrastructure we build, but by the lives we touch and the communities we strengthen. Today, we are proud to extend that commitment to the wellbeing of our elderly citizens, a community that represents the wisdom, values, and lived experiences that shape generations. It is our collective responsibility to ensure they live with dignity, respect, comfort, and a genuine sense of belonging. Through this initiative, we aim to create environments that foster emotional wellbeing, healthcare access, safety, and compassionate community care for senior citizens.

Through Signature Global Foundation, we have consistently worked towards social change through initiatives focused on education, adolescent girls’ empowerment, community healthcare, and environmental sustainability. As we expand our social outreach into elderly care, we remain committed to supporting initiatives that contribute towards building more compassionate, inclusive, and future-ready communities.”

Giving shape to this commitment on the ground, the Foundation has identified two elderly care facilities in Varanasi as the focus of this initiative each reflecting a distinct yet complementary approach to senior citizen care.

The first is Mumukshu Bhawan, located in the holy city of Kashi and founded by renowned spiritual leader and Padma Puraskar awardee Acharya Pramod Krishnam Ji. With an approved residential capacity of 40–42 residents, the second is the Ramnagar Old Age Home, a modern 100-bedded elderly care facility spread across 6,840 square metres in the Government Industrial Area, Ramnagar. Designed to provide dignified living, safety, healthcare support, and compassionate care, the facility aims to create a comfortable and supportive environment focused on the wellbeing of senior citizens.

The Foundation has undertaken the operations and management of Mumukshu Bhawan and Ramnagar Old Age Home in Varanasi, ensuring continuity of care and a nurturing environment rooted in spiritual and human values as part of its elderly care initiative.

Guided by the vision of Founder & Chairman Mr. Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal, Signature Global Foundation has long championed inclusive community development through purposeful initiatives spanning education, healthcare, women empowerment, and environmental sustainability positively impacting thousands of lives across Gurugram and the NCR region.

To date, the Foundation has reached over 80,564 students across government schools through initiatives such as Project Paathshala and Tech Udaan, empowered 18,399 girls through its flagship Jagruk Beti Swastha Beti programme, and provided healthcare access to more than 35,875 patients through Aarogyarise mobile healthcare units. The Foundation has also supported underprivileged women through organised mass marriage initiatives aimed at easing social and financial barriers.

With elderly care now part of its growing social portfolio, Signature Global Foundation reaffirms its commitment to building a healthier, more inclusive, and compassionate society.
