Gurugram, 31st August 2026: As part of its ongoing commitment towards workforce welfare and responsible development, TREVOC hosted a Reward & Recognition programme at TREVOC Royal Residences, honouring safety workers, foremen and ground staff for their dedication, discipline and contribution to maintaining safe and responsible project operations.

The initiative was undertaken as part of TREVOC’s CSR and workforce welfare efforts, with a focus on recognising the often-unseen contribution of frontline personnel who play a critical role in the development of the built environment. The programme highlighted the importance of dignity of work, workplace safety, employee well-being and appreciation, while encouraging a culture where every individual’s contribution is valued.

Prahlad Dalal, Vice President – Projects , TREVOC Group, said, “Responsible development is not only about the buildings we create, but also about the people who contribute to bringing them to life. Our site personnel work every day with dedication and commitment, often away from the spotlight, and recognising their contribution is an important part of our responsibility towards their welfare and dignity. Through initiatives such as these, we want to reinforce that every individual’s contribution matters while creating greater awareness around safety, care and responsible practices at the workplace.”

The initiative reflects TREVOC’s broader approach to CSR-led workforce engagement, aimed at fostering an inclusive, respectful and safety-conscious environment. By recognising frontline teams and promoting awareness around their well-being, the company continues to emphasise that responsible real estate development must extend beyond physical infrastructure to include the people, communities and workforce that contribute to creating it.
