21st August 2025: Shri Sanjay Prakash, Managing Director, SBI Foundation, today launched the ‘SBI Sammaan – Hom(e)age to the National Heroes’ project in Sikanderpur Majra, to honor Babu Mool Chand Jain’s legacy. The one-year CSR project works towards holistic development of the village and is being implemented in partnership with Akhil Bhartiya Gramin Uthan Samiti (NGO) and with support of Gram Panchayat, Sikanderpur Majra. ‘SBI Sammaan’ is unique project series initiated with a vision to carry out developmental activities in the native places of renowned freedom fighters, war veterans and public heroes. 20th August 2025: Siegwerk, a global leader in printing inks and coatings for packaging applications, has completed the full renovation of a government school in village Kanharka (Dist. Khairthal-Tijara), strengthening access to safe and quality education for the local community. The school, once in a state of severe disrepair, has seen enrolment rise by over 50 students following the renovation, growing from 170 to nearly 220. Previously, deteriorating infrastructure was forcing senior students to transfer to distant schools, and many girls had to end their education after Class 8 due to safety and distance concerns.
