11th September 2025: On the occasion of its 14th Foundation Day, PR Professionals (PRP), a leading integrated communications firm and the flagship of the PRP Group, launched #IOwnGurugram, a community-led civic responsibility campaign aimed at inspiring citizens, corporates, and communities to take proactive ownership of the city’s well-being. While Gurugram, known as the Millennium City, is celebrated for its modern growth, it has also been grappling with several infrastructure and urban challenges. The campaign encourages citizens to take ownership wherever possible and collaborate with authorities and the government to address these issues. To mark the beginning of #IOwnGurugram, over 100 PRP employees at its headquarters in Gurugram rolled up their sleeves to tackle on-ground civic issues in their office vicinity.

10th September 2025: Samsung, India’s largest consumer electronics brand, today announced a major expansion of its flagship CSR programme, Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC), reaffirming its commitment to empowering India’s youth with future-ready skills while supporting the Government’s vision of Digital India and Skill India. The skilling programme, will expand to 10 states this year, up from four in 2024. It will upskill 20,000 students in future-tech skills such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, and Coding & Programming during 2025, a six-fold increase over last year’s 3,500 students. Alongside technical training, the students will also receive instruction in soft skills to enhance workplace readiness, while eligible candidates will be supported with placement assistance in relevant industries.

10th September 2025: CBM India, in partnership with SBI Foundation, announced the launch of a three-year project to provide educational and therapeutic support to 200 children with disabilities in the Narmadapuram district of Madhya Pradesh. The project was officially inaugurated recently in Narmadapuram. The project is implemented by CBM India under SBI Foundation’s Centre of Excellence for Persons with Disabilities, one of the Foundation’s flagship programs, and it will cover the Narmadapuram and Babai blocks. These two blocks were selected based on the needs observed in the area. While many children with disabilities are enrolled in school, access to assistive devices, therapy services, and inclusive learning environments remains limited. 9th September 2025: Mirae Asset Foundation (MAF), established in 2018 as the Corporate Social Responsibility arm of Mirae Asset Financial Group in India, partnered with Times Employ India Foundation to deliver its ‘Employability Linked Skill Training’ initiative, awarding 100% scholarships to 177 young people from economically weaker sections (including 54 young women). The programme developed market-relevant capabilities and opened clear pathways to employment. Under Mirae Asset Foundation’s CSR mandate, participants completed intensive training for the TimesPro Banking Programme and IT Helpdesk job roles, effectively bridging the gap between academic learning and workplace readiness. 1st September 2025: Cyient Foundation, the CSR arm of Cyient, announced the launch of CyAILS – Cyient AI Lab for Schools, a transformative five-year initiative designed to empower over 25,000 students in 50 government high schools across Visakhapatnam. The initiative was launched by the Honorable Minister for Human Resources Development, IT, Electronics, and Communication, Shri Nara Lokesh, here today. This flagship program aims to bridge the digital divide by equipping underprivileged students from Grades 7 to 10 with foundational skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI), STEM, and Robotics. 1st September 2025: Max Healthcare Foundation today announced the launch of the third edition of its flagship Max Medical Scholarship Programme, aimed at empowering meritorious students from economically weaker sections pursuing medical education. The scholarship will fully fund the medical education of 100 new students every year who have qualified for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET examination) and secured admission to the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) program in government medical colleges across Delhi, Mumbai, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Nagpur, Dehradun and Bathinda for the academic year 2025-26. 28th August 2025: Tata Power, one of India’s largest integrated power companies, conducted its annual employee-led trekking and plantation drive at Walwhan Garden, Lonavala. The initiative saw over 200 participants, including Tata Power employees and colleagues from other Tata Group companies, come together to strengthen the green cover of the region by planting more than 250 native saplings and over 1000 seeds. Employee volunteering has been at the heart of Tata Power for over a century, with the company today recording one of the highest per capita volunteering hours across Tata Group companies. 25th August 2025: Kotak Education Foundation (KEF), the CSR implementing agency of Kotak Mahindra Group, has started its implementation of a large-scale capacity building program, spanning 13 districts and impacting over 300 PM Shri schools in Maharashtra.
