25th August 2025: On the occasion of 40th National Eye Donation Fortnight (25th August – 8th September), ENTOD Pharmaceuticals, in collaboration with the Matanand Welfare Foundation, has announced the launch of India’s largest eye donation awareness initiative,PledgeMyEyes 2025. This ambitious, nationwide campaign aspires to inspire thousands of new eye donation pledges and raise urgent awareness to combat corneal blindness, which continues to affect millions across the country. As part of this nationwide drive, PledgeMyEyes 2025 will reach out to over 1,00,000 people across multiple states through awareness rallies, free eye screening camps, educational programs in schools and colleges, webinars, and social media outreach. 21st August 2025: Shri Sanjay Prakash, Managing Director, SBI Foundation, today launched the ‘SBI Sammaan – Hom(e)age to the National Heroes’ project in Sikanderpur Majra, to honor Babu Mool Chand Jain’s legacy. 20th August 2025: Siegwerk, a global leader in printing inks and coatings for packaging applications, has completed the full renovation of a government school in village Kanharka (Dist. Khairthal-Tijara), strengthening access to safe and quality education for the local community. The school, once in a state of severe disrepair, has seen enrolment rise by over 50 students following the renovation, growing from 170 to nearly 220. Previously, deteriorating infrastructure was forcing senior students to transfer to distant schools, and many girls had to end their education after Class 8 due to safety and distance concerns.
