VON WELLX GERMANY Group comes forward to support the frontline medical workers and Covid patients

News Update / Press Release Von Wellx Germany group has come forward in support of all the frontline health workers as well as covid patients. It pledges to donate 10,000 washable (easily sanitizable) & healthy shoes, to needy patients and medical workers, across Covid-19 hospitals in India. Funds subjected to establishing hospitals and COVID facilities , will be considered as CSR activity – Govt

News Update 23 April, India- The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) announced on April 22 that any fund that is contributed to cater COVID relief undertakings , will be counted as CSR activity. “The companies may undertake the aforesaid activities in consultation with state governments subject to fulfillment of Companies (CSR) Rules, 2014 and the circulars related to CSR issues by this Ministry from time to time,” the MCA clarified. With this, any expenditure for public outreach programmes to promote vaccination against coronavirus, will be considered as CSR activity.
