10th National CSR Summit and Awards- Nomination Open 22 June, 2023: ITDC hotels, Ashok and Samrat recently hosted free medical camps. This unique initiative was organized by The India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), with the support of All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), Ministry of Ayush and the Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi. The objective of this initiative was to provide valuable healthcare services for the employees and guests. This also reinforced the commitment of ITDC for the wellbeing of the community and its association with reputed medical institutions. Crypto Relief has partnered and funded the 10BedICU project which is adding critical care infrastructure in rural hospitals. 10BedICU is a partnership of eGovernments Foundation, Karuna Trust, and Nirmaan Organization. New Delhi, 3 December 2021: Soothe Healthcare, one of the fastest growing personal hygiene companies in India hosted an awareness workshop on child abuse and menstrual health at their manufacturing facility. This workshop was organized in collaboration with Young Indians, a part of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Childline under the Project Masoom. As part of the continued effort to sensitize conversation around menstrual hygiene and child abuse, the objective of the workshop was to educate adults on the same. News Update/Press Release India, October 13, 2021: IDFC FIRST Bank today announced the launch of India’s first Centre for Trauma Studies and Innovation (CTSI), in association with Banyan Academy of Leadership in Mental Health (BALM). The initiative, launched on World Mental Health Day, aims to address the need to look at mental health from a trauma lens, besides also creating awareness about mental wellbeing. Through this initiative, the Centre for Trauma will create curriculums and facilitate trauma-related courses for healthcare professionals at both urban and grassroot levels. News Update/Press Release September 2021, India: As India’s healthcare needs and challenges evolve, especially against the backdrop of the COVID-19 crisis, Samhita and Cipla have collaborated to tap into the enormous potential of pharmacists as a key driver of community healthcare in the country. This collaboration was established after a study of over 1,100 pharmacists titled Future of Pharmacies, conducted by Samhita and Cipla across India, and shaped by the insights of Nachiket Mor, PhD. The study indicates that pharmacists are invested in the health of their communities. 61% pharmacists stated that they wanted to improve their medical skills and knowledge to serve their customers better and 76% reported collaborating with healthcare players to improve outcomes in their localities. News Update/Press Release India, September 2021:  In the wake of severe effects of Covid-19, 3M India has joined hands with Smile Foundation to support the primary healthcare needs of the underprivileged population by deploying four mobile healthcare units at different rural locations. The healthcare vans will be flagged off on 6th September from Gurugram, Haryana, and will move towards Siddharthnagar in Uttar Pradesh, Gaya in Bihar, Balangir in Odisha, and Goalpara in Assam to provide preventive, promotive, and curative healthcare facilities. With this partnership, the focus is to reduce the burden on public health infrastructure caused by COVID-19 by providing more than 1,50,000 treatments in these four regions over a span of 39 months (13,000 treatments per year per location).
