3rd July 2024: Growel’s 101, a prominent Mumbai-based mall, has initiated a significant environmental project to clean a nearby waterway. The mall has successfully removed approximately 3 tons of garbage till now from the stream which passes by its periphery, which has been causing issues such as water pollution, Reduced soil quality, spread of diseases and unhygienic environment. Recognizing the global impact of these efforts, Growel’s101 is committed to addressing pollution at its source to ensure a healthier future for everyone. The waterway around the vicinity was heavily polluted with plastic and other non-biodegradable waste. On the occasion of the World Environment Day, Seclore and Change Is Us collaborated for beach cleanup

26th June 2024: Today Seclore, announced that they joined forces with the non-governmental organization (NGO) Change Is Us to conduct a beach cleanup activity at Girgaon Beach earlier this month. The event was held to celebrate World Environment Day and aimed to promote environmental sustainability and community involvement. Seclore employees dedicated time to the beach cleanup activity, collecting over 400 kilograms of trash. 7 June 2024: PepsiCo India, in collaboration with Plan Foundation, Recity Network, and Mathura Vrindavan Nagar Nigam (MVNN), celebrated World Environment Day by installing recycled plastic benches at Gandhi Park, Vrindavan, as an extension of its Project Purna—Unnati ki Sajhedaari. These recycled benches are made with recycled plastic waste and carry beautiful artworks made by the children on the theme of ‘cleanliness and waste’ as part of previously held art competitions organized under Project Purna.
