Indian Pulses and Grains Association donates ventilators to hospitals in Gujrat

Mumbai, May 26, 2021: India Pulses and Grains Association (IPGA), the nodal body for India’s pulses trade and industry, have recently donated one ventilator to the Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care (SRLC) Hospital in Dharampur, Valsad District, Gujarat, in continuation of their CSR efforts to provide support and relief in rural India during the Covid-19 pandemic. IPGA has been working to strengthen the hands of the frontline workers by donating a ventilator to treat COVID patients especiallythe disadvantaged tribal people of South Gujarat under the Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care program. Hindustan Unilever Limited begins the roll out of Mission HO₂PE initiative in New Delhi and Bangalore

India,19 May,2021- Hindustan Unilever Limited has now rolled out Mission HO2PE in New Delhi and Bangalore. As part of Mission HO2PE, HUL has partnered with KVN Foundation and Portea, India’s largest home healthcare company to make oxygen concentrators available free of cost to patients in need in these cities, promptly and efficiently. India is facing a severe shortage of O2 concentrators as the healthcare system continues to grapple with the deadly second wave of Covid-19. Through Mission HO2PE, HUL has airlifted over 5000 oxygen concentrators into India. Vedanta Foundation distributed free laptops to 3,000 girl students of Ringus, Rajasthan

PRESS RELEASE The Vedanta Foundation has distributed 3,000 free laptops to the students of Vedanta PG Girls College, Sikar, Rajasthan. The initiative has been taken to fuel the ambition of less privileged students. Started in the year 1992, Vedanta Foundation has been contributing in the upliftment of the weaker sections of the society. Nestlé India expands its clean drinking water facilities in rural Rajasthan

PRESS RELEASE Reaffirming its commitment to providing clean drinking water, Nestlé India in association with the Government of Rajasthan inaugurated clean drinking water facilities in Badnagar. A total of 12 water purification units have been installed in Manjri Kala, Chandoli, Bhaisroardgarh, Umand, Abdulpur, Angai, Langra, Panchodi, Panota, Sirohi, Badnagar and Khadin since 2017, as a part of Nestlé India’s clean drinking water project in the primary health centers of rural Rajasthan. The projects are being implemented by Nestlé India’s NGO partner Piramal Sarvajal, who will be constructing single phase bore-wells and water tanks with water filtration and delivery mechanism.
